While a few remote locations may not be supported by our courier partners, approximately 98% of Pakistan is covered in our delivery network, so most customers will have no issues placing orders.

If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you to discuss alternative options.

Processing Time

After an order is placed:

• Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours.

• Once processed, they are handed over to our courier partners for delivery.

Shipping Time

Delivery typically takes 3–4 business days depending on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

• Major Cities: 2–3 business days

• Smaller Cities / Remote Areas: 3–4 business days

Cash on Delivery (COD)

GlowZaar currently offers Cash on Delivery (COD) for most locations in Pakistan.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel and complete the payment when the courier arrives.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may receive tracking information from the courier so you can monitor the delivery status.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

• Incorrect address

• Customer unavailability

• Refusal to accept the order

GlowZaar reserves the right to cancel future Cash on Delivery orders from that customer.
